局部高频磁场作用下金属液面变形和波动行为

摘    要:提出一种约束控制金属鼓包变形的新方法,研究线圈结构参数和电参数对电磁力分布规律的影响以及局部高频交变磁场作用下金属液面的变形和波动规律。结果表明:线圈结构参数决定电磁力的分布方式及分布范围,合理设计线圈结构可得到理想的电磁力分布规律;电参数对金属液内部电磁力的大小均有影响,但电流强度起主导作用;在局部交变磁场作用下,静止的金属液面会发生变形,液面的形状与电磁力的分布形式相同。交变磁场自身会引起液面波动,波动较弱,电流强度达到1400 A, 最大波动幅度在±0.8 mm以内;高频磁场作用于金属液面鼓包变形处时,液面波动和鼓包高度明显减弱,液面趋于平缓稳定。

Abstract: A novel method controlling free surface fluctuation and deformation was presented. The effect of structural and electrical parameters of coils on the distribution regular of electromagnetic force (EMF) was investigated. The behavior of free surface fluctuation and deformation under high-frequency local magnetic field was also observed. The results show that structural parameters of coils determine the distribution form and action region of EMF. The desired EMF distribution may be obtained by rationally designing coil structural parameters. Although the magnitude of EMF is impacted by electrical parameters, current intensity plays a leading role. When the magnetic field imposing on stationary free surface, a deformation depending on the distribution of EMF forms. Besides, the free surface keeps fluctuating with small amplitude due to alternating electromagnetic force. The largest amplitude keeps within ±0.8 mm even if the current intensity reaches 1400 A. When free surface with bulge deformation is subjected to a high-frequency magnetic field, the fluctuation due to that liquid flow and the height of bulge have a decreasing tendency and the free surface tends to smooth and steady.
