多级雾化过程中液滴破碎和粉末微观结构的形成

摘 要:根据液体金属、气体、旋转装置和冷却液之间的相互作用规律,对多级雾化装置中金属液滴的破碎过程和粉末颗粒形状形成机理进行了分析;结合粉末颗粒的显微结构,从理论上分析了高冷速和大过冷情况下金属液滴的凝固过程。结果表明,该装置适宜于制备非晶、准晶、微晶等微细金属粉末。
Abstract: Based on the basic reaction between metallic liquid,gas,rotators,cooling agent and themetallic melt solidification characteristics at large undercooling condition,the pulverization ofmetallic melt,owder particle shape and microstructure formation mechanism in the multi-stage RS powder making process were analyzed.Powders possess typical rapid solidificationmetastable structures of metallic glass,quasicrystals and microcrystals.
