拜格诺剪切理论在矿泥重选中的应用

摘    要：本文运用拜格诺剪切理论,全面分析了国内外常用的六种矿泥重选设备中矿浆流的流态和剪切类型,并计算其剪切分散压的大小。提出用剪切分散压与矿浆有效重力的比值作为衡量矿泥重选设备松散强度的参数。对具有附加剪切作用的设备,则建议用附加剪切分散压与流体剪切分散压的比值作为衡量附加剪切作用的标志。

Abstract: The flow patterns and the types of shearing of the pulp in the gravityslime concentrators were analysed and the magnitudes of dispersion pres-sure of shearing of the pulp were calculated according to the Bagnold/s shear-ing theory. The ratio of dispersion pressure of shearing and effective gra-vity force of the pulp can be used as the parameter to measure the inten-sity of looseness of the gravity slime concentrator, while the ratio of addi-tive shearing dispersion pressure and fluid shearing dispersion pressure canbe used as the criterion to measure the intensity of additive shearing actionof the concentrator.
