纵筋锈蚀对钢筋混凝土梁抗剪性能影响的试验研究

摘    要:为研究纵筋锈蚀对钢筋混凝土梁抗剪性能的影响,设计制作9根抗弯承载力比抗剪承载力略小的钢筋混凝土梁,并将其浸泡在质量分数为5%的NaCl溶液中,对纵筋进行电化学加速锈蚀后,采用简支形式对试验梁进行加载,研究纵筋锈蚀对锈胀裂缝平均宽度、破坏模式、抗剪承载力和变形性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:随着纵筋锈蚀率增加,试验梁的锈胀裂缝平均宽度呈线性增加,破坏模式由弯曲破坏向剪压破坏、剪切-黏结破坏转变;对于发生剪切型破坏的试验梁,其抗剪承载力呈线性减小,变形能力先减小后增大,跨中最大挠度逐渐增加。

Abstract: To investigate the influence of longitudinal reinforcement corrosion on the shear performance of the reinforced concrete(RC) beams, 9 RC beams were designed and constructed. These RC beams were immersed in the liquid with 5% sodium chloride and the longitudinal reinforcements were corroded by using the electrochemical accelerated corrosion method. Finally, these corroded RC beams with different corrosion levels were tested by using the four-point loading mode under simply supported conditions to investigate the effect of longitudinal reinforcement corrosion on the average corrosive crack width, the failure mode, shear bearing capacity and deflection performance of the corroded RC beams. The results show that with the increase of the longitudinal reinforcement corrosion level, the average widths of the corrosion-induced cracks increase linearly, the failure modes of the corroded RC beams are changed from the bending failure to the shear-compression failure and the bond-shear failure. The shear bearing capacities of the corroded RC beams decrease linearly and the mid-span deflections of the corroded RC beams failure increase.
