摘    要:通过向Al-5Zn-0.05In-0.1Sn铝合金基体中添加不同量的稀土元素Ce,制得一系列含稀土Ce的合金。采用扫描电镜和能谱分析,研究稀土对铝合金阳极微观组织的影响,并进行将稀土铝合金用作铝空气电池阳极的电化学性能测试。研究结果表明:当Ce的含量不大于0.5%时,细化枝晶的效果较好;添加稀土元素Ce,铝合金阳极的自腐蚀电位负移,放电稳定性和放电电压提高;当以50 mA/cm2的电流密度恒流放电时, Ce含量为0.3%的合金放电性能最好,放电电压为1.118 V,放电时间达到13 h;添加稀土元素Ce能改善铝合金阳极的耐腐蚀性能。

Abstract: The aluminum alloys containing different contents of Ce were made by adding Ce element into Al-5Zn-0.05In-0.1Sn matrix. Scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum were used for analyzing the microstructure of these aluminum alloys. The aluminum alloys were used as the anode of aluminum-air battery and the electrochemical properties of the battery were determined. The results show that rare earth can fine the grains when the content of Ce is not more than 0.5%. The corrosion voltage of alloy with the doped Ce becomes more negative. The aluminum alloy anode with 0.3% Ce has higher discharge voltage and better discharging s, tability.The discharge voltage is 1.118 V and discharging lasts for 13 h at the discharge current 50 mA/cm2.The corrosion resistance of alloy can be improved by adding Ce element.
