动静组合加载作用下凿岩刀具失效的信息熵分析

摘    要:根据刀具在动静组合加载作用下的切削破岩的受力情况,从理论上分析刀具在破岩过程中的信息熵特征及刀具损伤的演化,建立接触应力信息熵与刀具磨损强度的关系。利用动静载荷破岩多功能实验平台,采用YG15刀具对花岗岩和砂浆块进行实验,实验结果表明:在动静组合加载作用下刀具的破岩过程可分3个不同阶段;-60o角比-30o角侵入的YG15刀具磨损程度大;动静组合加载可增大破岩刀具局部参数分布函数的信息熵,有利于提高破岩效果和减少刀具破坏程度;理论分析与实验结果有较好的一致性。

Abstract: Based on the forces obtained from the cuter under dynamic-static loading, the eigenvalue of the information entropy and the damage parameters were theoretically analyzed in the rock-breaking processes of the cutters. The relationship between the contact stress entropy and the degree of wear of the cutter was established. Cutting rock experiments were conducted on the granite and the concrete by applying the carbide alloy cutters (YG15). The experiment results show that the three phases are divided from rock-breaking processes; the wear of the cutter with 60o is serious than that of 30o while the cutters thrust into the rock. During the rock fragmentation, the information entropy of the cutter’s force function distribution increases by coupling dynamic and static loads, which can improve the effects of rock fragmentation and reduce the damage of the cutters. Theoretical results are accordant with experimental ones.
