炭阳极用煤沥青改性研究

摘    要:在筛选单组分有机改性剂的基础上,采用由单组分有机改性剂和无机增炭剂组合的多组分改性剂对煤沥青进行改性实验。研究结果表明:与普通煤沥青相比,在160~175 ℃时,添加质量分数为2.0%~2.5%油酸和石墨粉或者添加1.0%~1.5%邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和石墨粉可以降低煤沥青的黏度至31~190 mPa·s,其高温结焦值与对比沥青的接近;多组分改性沥青结构组成基本不变,软化点下降3~9 ℃。

Abstract: Based on the selecting single-component organic modifier, pitch modification experiment was carried out with the multi-component modifier composed of single-component organic modifier and inorganic recarburizing agent. The results show that adding 2.0%-2.5% (mass fraction) oleic acid and graphite powder, or 1.0%-1.5% di-butyl phthalate and graphite powder can reduce the viscosity of coal tar pitch in 160-175 ℃ by 31-190 mPa·s, but the high-temperature coking value is close to that of blank pitch. The structure of multi-component modified pitch is basically the same as the contrasted one, and its softening point decreases by 3-9 ℃.
