Abstract: The paper described the goals, principles, functions, structure, platforms, tools and the method of developing GF-MIS systematically, illustrated the fundamental idea and the basic method of developing domestic mine enterprises MIS, offered the beneficial reference for civil mine enterprises to build their own effective MIS.
