摘    要:从轧制变形区油膜的形成入手,研究了铝材冷轧中基础油的润滑作用及影响因素.结果表明:变形区油膜的形成及所处的润滑状态受基础油的类型、粘度、轧制速度及表面粗糙度的影响,变形区油膜厚度与润滑作用密切相关,但油膜过厚会导致磨擦因数过小,不利于添加剂作用的发挥和轧后铝板表面质量的提高.因此,变形区处于混合润滑状态时其参数为最佳

Abstract: Starting with the formation of oil film in deformation zone,the paper studies the influence factors and lubrication functions of base oil for cold rolling aluminum' Results show that oil film'S formation and lubrication region in deformation zone are dependent on base oil, and meanwhile, the lubrication functions are affected by base oil viscosity, rolling speed and contact surface roughness. The lubricating performances are closely related to the oil film thickness, however, the oil film is so thick that a lower friction coefficient is obtained in rolling, which weakens the additives effects and hinders the improvement of the rolled surface quality, and therefore, the excellent lubricating performaces f are obtained only in mixed lubrication region.
