采用模糊综合评价法与神经网络评价铁路客运服务质量

摘    要:为客观地评价准确地评价铁路客运服务质量,通过分析铁路客运服务质量的影响因素,从安全性、及时性、经济性、便捷性和舒适性等几个方面构建铁路客运服务质量评价指标体系。采用模糊综合评价方法和神经网络,分别建立铁路客运服务质量评价模型。最后通过铁路旅客调查问卷实例,对南京站客运服务质量进行综合评价。研究结果表明:本文构建的评价指标体系和评价方法能够有效地反映客运服务质量水平,为提高和改进铁路客运服务质量提供参考依据。

Abstract: To evaluate railway passenger service quality objectively and precisely, an evaluation index system was established based on analysis of the relevant factors, i.e., security, punctuality, economy, convenience and comfort. Then two evaluation approaches were proposed based on the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model and neural network. Finally the proposed approaches were illustrated to evaluate the service quality in Nanjing Station based on questionnaire investigation. The results show that the proposed methods can evaluate service quality effectively and successfully, and that the approaches can provide theoretical basis for improving and enhancing railway passenger service quality.
