振动出矿机激振器最佳安装位置的分析

摘 要:振动放矿技术正在我国许多矿山推广。然而,振动出矿机激振器合理位置的确定,尚未圆满解决,往往因此影响出矿效果。本文从理论上对激振器的位置进行了初步探讨,求得确定激振器最佳位置的计算公式;同时经过室内试验,对理论计算的可靠性进行了验证。结果证明:室内试验所得最佳激振器位置与理论计算基本上一致。
Abstract: The vibrating ore drawing technique is being popularized presently in many mines in our country. But the reasonable installation position of the vibrating ex- citer in a vibrating ore drawing machine has not yet been determined satisfacto- rily, which usually affects the drawing efficiency. This paper deals with the reasonable installation position theorctically and the formula to determine the optimum position of a vibrating exciter has been obtained. Simultaneously, experi- ments have been made in the laboratory to examine the reliability of the formu- la, and the result agrees with the theoretic calculation approximately.
