基于逐级加载的弯曲蠕变试验分析沥青混合料低温开裂性能

摘    要:为了探究复合多聚磷酸改性沥青混合料低温流变性能,通过小梁弯曲试验和逐级加载的小梁弯曲蠕变试验方法,研究不同温度和蠕变荷载作用下,复合多聚磷酸改性沥青混合料低温流变性能的变化规律,并与SBS改性沥青混合料进行比较,评价其流变性能对路用性能的影响。研究结果表明:在低温条件下,复合多聚磷酸改性沥青混合料抵抗破坏的能力比SBS改性沥青混合料的强,破坏时产生应变比SBS改性沥青混合料产生的应变大,低温抗裂性能比SBS改性沥青混合料的好;复合多聚磷酸混合料较SBS改性沥青混合料应力松弛性能好,抵抗温度开裂的性能好。2种试验方法证明复合多聚磷酸沥青混合料低温抗裂性能比SBS改性沥青混合料的性能好。

Abstract: To explore the low temperature rheological properties of composite polyphosphoric acid modified asphalt, the trabecular bending test and trabecular bending creep test were conducted to study the variation law of low-temperature rheological properties of composite polyphosphoric acid modified asphalt mixture at different temperatures and creep loads. The composite polyphosphoric acid modified asphalt mixture was used. The results show that the composite polyphosphoric acid modified asphalt mixture has greater damage resistance than that of SBS modified asphalt mixture at low temperature, and its strain generated by damage is greater than that of SBS modified asphalt mixture and its cracking resistance at low temperature is better than that of SBS modified asphalt mixture. The composite polyphosphoric acid mixture has better stress relaxation and temperature cracking resistance than that of SBS modified asphalt mixture. The results of the two tests prove that the low temperature cracking resistance of composite polyphosphate asphalt mixture is better than that of SBS modified asphalt mixture.
