减震沟参数对地铁隧道爆破减震效果的影响

摘    要:为了分析减震沟参数对地铁隧道爆破减震效果的影响,基于萨道夫斯基经验公式和能量衰减原理探讨减震沟的减震机理;以珠江三角洲城际快速轨道交通广州至佛山段隧道为依托工程,利用FLAC3D软件建立隧道数值计算模型,应用正交设计原理设计数值计算方案,分析隧道爆破施工时不同减震沟参数下地表质点振动速度的变化规律。研究结果表明:减震沟参数对地铁隧道减震效果影响程度从大至小依次为减震沟深度、减震沟与爆源之间的水平距离、减震沟宽度,这与减震机理分析结果相符;在减震沟的设置参数范围内,随着减震沟与爆源之间水平距离增大,减震率增加幅度先快后慢,减震沟的深度越大,减震率越大;以减震沟参数即宽度为1.0 m、深度为1.2 m、与爆源之间的水平距离为12.0 m的开挖方案为依托工程的优化设计方案,在此方案下,工程实践应用效果良好。

Abstract: In order to analyze the effect of damping ditch parameters on blasting vibration reduction effect of metro tunnel, the damping mechanism of damping ditch was discussed based on the Sodev’s empirical formula and energy attenuation principle. Based on the intercity rapid rail transit of the Pearl River Delta from Guangzhou to Foshan tunnel, the tunnel model was established by using FLAC3D software, a numerical calculation scheme was designed by principle of orthogonal design, and the variation law of surface particle vibration velocity in different forms of damping ditch action during tunnel blasting construction was analyzed. The results show that the order of influence of ditch parameters on vibration reduction effect of damping ditch from large to small are the ditch depth, the horizontal distance between shock absorption ditch and blasting source, and the ditch width, which is consistent with the shock absorption mechanism of the damping ditch. Within the set parameter range of the damping ditch, the greater the depth, the greater the shock absorption rate. With the increase of the horizontal distance between the shock absorbing ditch and the explosive source, the damping rate increases firstly and then slowly. The optimization design scheme of the support project is that the width of the ditch is 12.0 m, the depth is 1.2 m, the distance between the ditch and the blasting source is 12.0 m, with the scheme, practical application effects of the scheme are very good.
