摘    要:运用计算流体力学(CFD)研究风洞拐角导流片在初始空间布置参数时风洞实验段的流场品质,并通过多岛遗传算法在保证弦长为1 917.1 mm不变的情况下对风洞拐角处导流片的数目和安装角进行优化,得到导流片最佳的空间布置参数:数目为27片,安装角为47°,此时速度偏差均方根的平均值的优化目标值为0.078 45%,相对CFD计算值0.079 70%误差仅为1.5%。与初始空间布置参数的导流片对比,在一定程度上改善实验段流场品质。

Abstract: The flow quality of test section under the initial layout parameters of deflector which is in the wind tunnel applications corner was analyzed by computational fluid dynamics(CFD), and the deflector’s quantity and installation angle in the wind tunnel applications corner were optimized under the condition of keeping a constant chord length as 1 917.1 mm by multi-island genetic algorithm Isight, which revealed the best layout parameters of deflector quantity as 27 and installation angle as 47°. Moreover, the optimal target of be the root mean square average of velocity deviation which is up to 0.078 45%, and the error is just 1.5% compared to the CFD value which is 0.079 70%. Compared with the deflector with initial layout parameters, it improves the quality of the flow field in test section to certain extent.
