Nb和热处理对Ti-V-Cr贮氢合金滞后性能的影响

摘 要:研究了Nb合金化及1 473 K×8 h热处理对Ti1-yV0.9-xCr1.3NbxZry(0≤x≤0.6,0≤y≤0.2)贮氢合金滞后性能的影响。研究结果表明:Nb合金化使Ti-V-Cr系合金的滞后系数减小,热处理使滞后系数增大。随着Nb含量x的增加,合金的滞后系数Hf呈减小趋势,并在x=0.3时取得最小值Hf=1.20;合金经1 473 K×8 h热处理,滞后系数Hf从1.20增大到1.75。Nb的合金化使合金吸氢前后弹性应变、体积膨胀率减小,滞后系数减小;热处理使合金在吸放氢过程中弹性应变、体积膨胀率增大,滞后系数增大。
Abstract: The effect of Nb addition and heat treatment on the hysteresis property of Ti1-y V0.9-xCr1.3NbxZry(0≤x≤0.6,0≤y≤0.2) alloy were investigated.It was found that all of the alloy’s hysteresis coefficient decreased with the addition of Nb but increased by heat treatment.As the x increaseing,the alloy’s hysteresis coefficient decreased and reached the minimal value Hf=1.20 when x=0.3.The alloy’s hysteresis coefficient increased from 1.22 to 1.75 after the heat treatment at 1 473 K for 8 h.The reason was that the Nb addition caused the elastic strain and the volume expansion rate became smaller,however,the heat treatment caused the elastic strain and volume expansion rate become larger.
