旧水泥混凝土路面弯沉测试的若干问题研究

摘    要:针对旧水泥混凝土路面现行弯沉测试方法存在的不足,提出旧水泥混凝土路面弯沉测试的改进措施。研究弯沉测试的合理温度,测试实体工程板角、板中、接缝边缘的弯沉。研究结果表明:为减少温度梯度对弯沉测试结果的影响,建议在冬季进行弯沉测试,接缝传荷能力的测试尽量避开中午时段,而板中弯沉则在6:00左右进行测试;旧水泥混凝土路面弯沉最大值在板角的出现比例最大,落锤式弯沉仪(FWD)和贝克曼梁(BB)弯沉法动静弯沉测试结果有较好的线性相关性,采用BB弯沉法测定的板角平均弯沉为0.200 mm时需进行压浆处理。

Abstract: Focused on the flaws of current deflection test methods of old cement concrete pavement, improvements for deflection test of old cement concrete pavement were proposed. Reasonable temperature of deflection test was studied.The entity engineering deflection of the corner and middle of concrete slab, and the edge of joint were tested. The results show that, in order to reduce the effect of temperature gradient on the deflection test, deflection test needs to be carried out in winter, the test of joint load transfer efficiency needs to be avoided at noon, and the deflection test on the middle of concrete slab needs to be carried out at about 6:00.The largest proportion of average deflection is in the corner of concrete slab, the dynamic and static test results of falling weight deflectometer (FWD) and Beckman beam (BB) deflection test have good linear correlation, and grouting process is required when the average deflection is 0.200 mm on the corner of concrete slab using Beckman beam (BB) deflection test method.
