高钴硫酸锌溶液两段高温净化除钴工艺

摘    要:针对高钴硫酸锌溶液采用传统工艺钴难以脱除的问题,提出两段高温脱钴工艺,系统地研究锌粉用量、锌粉添加方式、添加剂用量、搅拌强度和反应时间对钴脱除的影响。结果表明:经第一段净化预处理后,控制第二段净化溶液温度为85 ℃,搅拌速度为75 r/min,锌粉用水浆化处理,锌粉用量为1.5 g/L,锑钴比为0.3:1,硫酸铜用量为30 mg/L,净化60 min后钴含量为0.64 mg/L,与单段直接高温净化除钴相比,两段高温净化除钴工艺具有较好的技术经济指标。

Abstract: In order to remove the cobalt by the conventional process for the high-cobalt-zinc sulfate solution, a two-stage high-temperature cobalt removal process was proposed, and the influences of zinc powder addition amount, zinc powder addition method and additive addition amount, stirring strength and reaction time on cobalt removal were systematically studied. The results show that, after a period of purification pretreatment, control secondary purification liquid temperature is 85 ℃, the stirring speed is 75 r/min, zinc powder pulp treatment, the addition amount of zinc powder is 1.5 g/L, antimony cobalt mass ratio is 0.3:1, copper sulfate addition amount is 30 mg/L, and the cobalt content is 0.64 mg/L after purification 60 min. Compared with one-stage cobalt removal process, two-stage high-temperature cobalt removal process has better technical and economic indicators.
