金属中气体分析的热力学基础

摘    要:本文首先对各种金属的氮化物、氢化物、氧化物的热分解进行探讨,指出氢化物较易分解,而氧化物则只有在C存在的条件下,才可能分解。其次对熔体中各种气体的熔解度及蒸气压进行分析,特别是各种金属元素的影响,指出某些合金元素影响很大。C的存在和CO的析出保证了氧的定量析出,对氮的析出也有良好的影响。最后讨论了熔浴和助熔剂对气体的定量折出的作用。

Abstract: Thermal decomposition of nitrides, hydrides, and oxides of various matals is firstly discussed with the help of diagrams of free energy of formation against temperature. It is indicated that hydrides are easily decomposed. On the other hand, oxides could not be decomposed without the presence of carbon. Next the solubility of the various gases are fully discussed with emphasis on the influence of alloying elements, and by pointing out that the effect of certain alloying elements is very significant. The presence of carbon and the evolution of carbon monoxide guaranteed the quantitative extraction of oxygen, besides its beneficial effect on the evolution of nitrogen. Lastly the effects of metal baths and fusion additions on the quantitative analysis of gases are discussed.
