不同催化剂对废旧线路板热解油轻质化的影响

摘    要:在500和600 ℃下,进行废旧印刷线路板(WPCB)环氧树脂粉末与3种催化剂(HZSM-5、USY和活性氧化铝)的共催化热解实验。通过对热解三相产物产率计算、热解油的馏程、成分以及碳数分布分析,研究催化剂对WPBC粉末热解过程和热解油轻质化效果的影响。结果表明:600 ℃下,活性氧化铝的轻质化效果最好,热解油中0~200 ℃馏分(轻组分或汽油组分)含量最高,达到56%,苯酚含量超过50%,选择性好,且有一定的脱溴效果,热解残渣产率最低,碳分布集中在C5-C10(汽油的碳分布)。HZSM-5的产油率最高,600 ℃下有一定轻质化效果,但热解油成分复杂,选择性差。USY对提高产油率和热解油轻质化效果几乎没有影响。

Abstract: The catalytic pyrolysis of powder separated from epoxy resin waste printed circuit boards (WPCB) was carried out at 500 ℃ and 600 ℃ using three different catalysts (HZSM-5, USY and activated alumina). The effects of catalysts on the pyrolysis process and the light of pyrolytic oil were studied through the calculation of three-phase distribution of pyrolytic products, the determination of boiling point range distribution of pyrolytic oil, and the analysis of compositions and carbon number range distributions of pyrolytic oil. The results show that, at 600 ℃, the activated alumina demonstrates the best ability of light and can greatly improve the proportion of 0-200 ℃ components (light oil or gasoline) of pyrolytic oil, up to 56%. In addition, the proportion of phenol of pyrolytic oil is more than 50% and the ratio of solid residue of pyrolytic products is the lowest, while the alumina is used. Most of the oil has a carbon number range of C5-C10 (gasoline). The alumina has a good selectivity and an ability of debromination for oil. The HZSM-5 can increase the yield of pyrolysis oil and also has an ability of light at 600 ℃, but the effects are not so obvious. It has a bad selectivity for oil because of the complexity of oil composition. The USY almost has no effect to the pyrolysis of WPCB.
