气垫式金属板带材连续热处理炉内气体动力过程的研究

摘 要:气垫炉是一种先进的金属板带材连续热处理设备;而至今前人对于此种炉内气体动力过程却很少研究.本文从理论分析入手,阐明板带材在炉内漂浮的基本条件,动压及静压喷嘴的漂浮机理及其特性.而后介绍板带材最佳漂浮所需条件的冷态模拟试验研究装置、方法与结果,获得有一定实际意义的板带材最佳漂浮所需条件的参数.
Abstract: Air cushion furnace for continuous heat treatment of metal plate-strip is a progressively updated heat treatment device. However, up to now, predecessors seldom studied the gas dynamics process of this furnace. This paper begins with theoretical analysis, the basic conditions for floatation of plate-strip in furnace,the floatation mechanism as well as the characteristics of kinetic head and static head nozzles are described. The device, methods and results of cold simulating test for necessary conditions to float plate-strip optimally are also described. Thedata nacessary for creating conditions to float plate-strip optimally are gained.
