摘    要:在室内模型和试验梁上进行大量的超声阵列检测试验,研究影响检测效果的主要因素,并通过添加高阻尼材料的方法,压制直达波和面波的干扰;通过透射波首波起跳时间和频谱分析,总结塑料和金属波纹管压浆存在缺陷时的透射波波场响应特征;利用合成聚焦成像技术对反射波进行成像。通过这种反射和透射相结合的试验检测方法,在对压浆不密实区域的定性判断和定量计算方面,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract: A large number of ultrasonic array testings were carried out on indoor models and experimental beams. Main factors which affect the detection results were summarized. And improved test methods were used to suppress the interference of the direct wave and surface wave. Response characteristics of the transmitted wave field in the plastic and metallic tendon ducts were summarized through the first arrival time of the transmitted wave and the spectrum. Images of the reflected waves were obtained by synthetic focus imaging technology. This new method has good effects in the qualitative judgment and quantitative calculation of the pre-stressed tendon ducts through the combination of the use of the reflected and transmitted wave.
