摘    要:本文讨论了下列问题: 1.电积锑时,阳极上发生的反应与阳极电流度密度的关系。 2.铁的钝化与阳极电流密度的关系及钝化膜的成分对电能消耗的影响。 3.电流效率、大气中的碱雾与阳极电流密度的关系。研究结果表明,在工业生产中采用高阳极电流密度是不适宜的。当采用隔膜电解槽电沉积锑时,合适的阳极电流密度为300—400A/m2

Abstract: The following questions are discussed: (1) The relations between anodic reaction and current density during electrowin-ning of antimony from Na3SbS3-Na2S-NaOH solution. (2) The relations of the passivation of iron with the anodic current densityand the effect of composition of passive film on electric power consumption. (3) The relationship of current efficiency and quantity of alkali fog inatmosphere to anodic current density. The investigation has indicated that the application of high anodic currentdensity is inappropriate in industries. The proper anodic current density is between300 and 400 A/m2 for diaphragm cell electrowinning of antimony.
