摘    要:本文分析了含钴黄铁矿硫酸化焙烧生产和试验结果,用所作钴、镍、铜的M-Fe-S-O系化学位图结合体系中反应平衡的计算,能预示在特定条件下可能获得的焙砂和炉气的组成。要实现这种可能性需重视SO2氧化成SO3的催化作用。沸腾炉设施的合理化可进一步完善硫酸化焙烧。

Abstract: The improvement of sulphatizing roasting of cobalt-bearing pyrite concentrate has become important. In this paper both laboratory and industrial roasting results have been evaluated. By integrating the reaction equilibrium of the roasting system with the chemical potential diagram of the M-Fe-S-O system of Co, Ni and Cu, the constituents of the calcine and the composition of the furnace gas possibly obtained in spe- cific condition can be predicted. In order to realize the thermodynamic possibility it is necessary to pay special attention to the catalytic action of the formation of SO3 from SO2. The sulphatizing roasting process can be further improved by rationalizing the fluidized reactor.
