摘    要:为了能够在线监测铝电解槽内阴极铝液液面波动状况,设计了一种能够对铝电解槽阴极铝液液面波动进行实时监测的系统。本系统以C8051单片机为核心,采集全部阳极导杆等距压降,对数据采集电路的信号进行处理、拟合,由上位机存储数据并显示铝液液面波动曲线。工业实验表明本系统能够直观地反映电解槽内的单振源及多振源波动,能够及时有效地发现由于阳极移动而激发的噪声,以便采取针对性抑制措施。本系统具有良好的抗干扰性,便于技术人员操作。

Abstract: In order to monitor level fluctuation of liquid aluminum in aluminum electrolytic cell,a real-time monitoring system of level fluctuation of liquid aluminum in aluminum electrolytic cell was designed.In the system,C8051 chip computer was taken as core,all of anode conductor voltage drop was collected,signals from data acquisition circuit were processed and fitted,and data was memorized and level fluctuation curve of liquid aluminum was displayed in upper level computer.Industrial test verified that the system can intuitively reflect single source oscillation and multi-source oscillation in electrolytic cell,find the noise which was stimulated by moving anode effectively,then appropriate measures would be taken to suppress the noise.Anti-jamming of the system is good and it facilitates technical personnel operation the aluminum electrolytic cell.
