摘    要：基于案例的推理是继基于规则推理的又一专家系统设计技术.结合房地产估价专家系统,着重论述了基于案例推理的基本原理及实现过程.

Abstract: Case-based reasoning(CBR)has emerged as analternative to rule-based reasoning tech-niques for the design of expert systems.In this paper,we mainly discussed the CBR in real estate property appraisal expert system. Considering the features of real e;tate property ap-praisal,we discussed the mechanism of CBR in detail.
