摘    要:在实验室条件下研究不同轧制温度、变形量对700 MPa级高强钢表面氧化铁皮高温变形行为的影响规律,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、场发射电子探针(EPMA)和电子背散射衍射仪(EBSD)观察不同变形条件下变形前后氧化铁皮的形貌、厚度和微观结构的变化规律。研究结果表明:高温条件下氧化铁皮具有一定的热塑性,在不同变形温度和变形量条件下,氧化铁皮呈现出不同的变形特性。氧化铁皮塑性变形主要集中于FeO层,由于FeO晶体具有大量金属阳离子空位和电子空穴,可以存储和释放更多的塑性变形能,从而有利于氧化铁皮与基体一起进行塑性变形。此外,在一定加热温度条件下,沿着氧化铁皮厚度方向温度逐渐下降,热轧时氧化铁皮内外层变形特征不同。

Abstract: The effects of different rolling temperatures and deformations on the deformation behavior of oxide scale on the surface of 700 MPa grade high strength steel were studied under laboratory conditions. The appearance, thickness and microstructure of the oxide scale before and after deformation under different deformation conditions were observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and field emission electron probe microscopy(EPMA).The results show that the oxide scale has certain plasticity under high temperature environment. And the iron oxide scale exhibits different deformation characteristics under different deformation temperature and deformation conditions. The plastic deformation of iron oxide scale mainly appears on the FeO layer. Since FeO crystal has a large number of metal cation vacancies and electron holes, it can store and release more plastic deformation energy, which is beneficial to plastic deformation of the iron oxide scale together with the matrix. In addition, under a certain heating temperature condition, the temperature gradually decreases along the thickness direction of the scale, and the deformation characteristics of the inner and outer layers of the scale is different during hot rolling.
