摘    要:研究了柏兹法铅电解阴极活性过电位在线检测的原理和方法.根据该技术,可以确定在某种杂质浓度下,使电流效率最高、阴极析出状态最好的最佳添加剂浓度,从而在线控制铅的阴极过程.此外,对铅阳极的物理冶金和阳极泥的电化学行为进行研究,结果表明,为了提高阳极泥在阳极的附着力,必须将阳极中某些元素(主要是砷、锑和铋)控制在一个较窄的成分范围内,同时还需控制阳极铸造时的凝固速度.

Abstract: In the paper, the principle and method of on-line detecting cathode active overtage in Betts lead electrolysis have been described. According to the concentration of certain impurity, the optimum concentration of additive can be determined in order to obtain the highest current efficiency and the best electrodeposit conditions in cathode, and therefore, the cathode process of lead electrolysis can be on line controlled. The physicometallurgy of lead anode and research of electrochemical behavior of anode mud indicate that for enhancing the adhesive force of anode mud on the surface of anode, the contents of some elements (mainly As, Sb and Bi) in anode must be controlled in a narrow scope and, meanwhile, the solidifing velocity of anode in casting should also be controlled.
