摘    要：针对该厂大型开坯机生产中机架辊系长期失灵的难题,通过对轧机实际负载的测定和机架有限元法的电算分析,本文讨论并提出了现有机架改造的“强度条件判据”。最后分析和探讨了机架辊系技术改造的最佳方案。

Abstract: In view of the long-standing ineffective problem of the feed rolls on the large-size break-down mill,this aper discusses and presents the conditionjudge formula of strength for transforming the breakdown stand now vailableby testing the actual load of the mill and calculating the stand stress bymeans of the Finite Element Method.At the end of the paper,the optimum plan for the transformation of thetechnology of the feed-rolls system is nalysed and investigated.
