铅鼓风烧结均匀布风的工业性试验

摘 要：某冶炼厂铅鼓风烧结风箱内布风存在严重的涡流现象与偏析现象.为此，在烧结机风箱中安装了一块平板形导流叶片进行工业性试验.作者对试验前后的一些表观现象及运行参数进行了详细的比较与分析.其结果表明，在烧结机风箱内安装导流叶片后，烧结矿料层反应均匀，提高了台车上空烟罩内烟气中的SO2浓度，提高了铅锌矿烧结块的生产能力，改善了烧结块质量
Abstract: There existed strong vortex and uneven distributing wind in the bellows of lead updraft sintering in a smelter .Therefore ,a flat guide vane was set in the bellows and the industrial experiment was done.In this paper,the phenomena and operating parameter before and after the experiment are analysed and compared in detail. The results indicate that, with the installation of the vane, the reaction between sintered ore is even ,the concentration of SO2 in the stack gas is increased,the production capability of sintered lump is raised and the quality of sintered lump is improved.
