摘    要:本文研究了Al-Cu-Mn合金淬火—冷形变—人工时效—退火后,室温硬度(HRF)随冷形变度(ε%)、退火温度(t,℃)和退火时间(τ,h)而变化的规律.得出了HRF-f(ε,t,τ)关系的回归方理.用τ为1h的HRF-f(ε,t)曲线和t为200℃的HRF-f(ε,τ)曲线,说明了合金形变时效硬化效果和热稳定性.通过金相分析与TEM研究,阐明了形变时效硬化和热稳定化的机理.

Abstract: In this paper, we studied how the hardness of Al-Cu-Mn alloy at room temperature varies with the cold-rolling degree(ε%), annealing tamperature(t℃) and time(τ,h). Thus a regression equation relating to HRF-f(ε,t,τ) correlation was worked out. The strain-age-hardening effectiveness and thermo-stability were illustrated by HRF-f(ε,t) (when τ=1h) and HRF-f(ε,τ) (when t=200℃) curves. The mechanism of strain-age-hardening and thermo-stabilization was demonstrated through optical and electron-micrographic analyses.
