摘    要：知识获取一直是知识工程的难点之一,是专家系统成败的关键。本文分析了管理专家知识的特点,提出了管理专家知识的获取过程、方法及方法学。我们认为,管理专家知识的获取方法和技术目前还不成熟,有待深入研究,才能逐步解决知识获取这一瓶颈问题。

Abstract: Knowledge acquisition is always one of the main difficulties in knowledge engineering, and it is also the key to develop expert system. This paper amalyzes the feature of management expert knowledge, and presents the procedure, methods and methodology of management expert knowledge acquisition. We consider the current methods and technology are immature, and it is necessary to make further investigation so as to resolve the bottle-neckproblem of KA.
