摘    要：在对国内外有色矿山规模水平实证分析的基础上，分析了我国办矿旧模式对矿山规模经济和最低工业品位的负面影响，评价了我国有色矿业规模经济的实现程度.并进一步探讨了通过改变我国办矿旧模式改进有色矿山、矿山企业、矿业产业3个层次的规模经济的实现途径及其效果.

Abstract: This paper studied the negative influence of our country′s old model of working mine enterprises on the scale economy of mine and the lowest industrial grade, on the basis of positive analysis of the domestic and overseas scale of nonferrous metals mine, and appraised the degree of realizing the economy of scale of nonferrous metals mine in our country. And the effect and the way of improving and realizing three levels of scale economy, i.e. mine, mine enterprise and mining industry were discussed, through changing the model of working mine enterprises.
