氯化钨氢还原过程的热力学探讨

摘 要:本文用热力学分析方法研究了钨的氯化物高温氢还原过程。结果表明,与低温氢还原过程的分阶段逐级还原机理不同,WCl0在与氢气接触前实际上几乎全部分解,WCl4的还原不经过更低价氯化物的阶段而直接还原至金属钨。高温平衡气相组成及钨在平衡气相中的相对含量的计算表明,对于实际工艺,从热力学观点讲,没有必要提高过程温度和增加过量氢气。
Abstract: The hydrogen reduction process of tungsten chlorides in the elevated temperature range of 700—1500K and at the atmospheric pressure has been studied thermodynamically.It was shown from the results of calculations that the reduction process at elevated temperatures was different from this process at lower temperatures.As a matter of fact,the tungsten hexa- chloride in elevated temperature process had decomposed almost completely before contacting with hydrogen and the tungsten tetrachloride was redu- ted by hydrogen directly to the metal tungsten.
