连续挤压变形腔的改进及其上限分析

摘 要:现行CONFORM连续挤压变形腔设计不合理,导致金属塑性体回流和能量无效损耗.为了克服这些不足,作者设计了一种连续挤压锥形管变形腔的模型,建立了相应的虚拟动可容速度场,并根据上限原理对此模型的上限功率求解.此外,根据所得的结果,对连续挤压变形腔进行了优化探讨.
Abstract: In this paper,the law of metal plastic flow in the deformation chamber of CONFORM(Continuous Extrusion Forming) is studied.It is discovered that the unfit design of chamber will bring about a back plastic flow of metal and inefficient consumption of energy.In order to overcome the problem,a cone-shape chamber of CONFORM has been designed.Its virtual and kinematical velocity field is established.This model′supper bound watt is calculated on the basis of the law of upper bound.In the end,according to the results,the optimum discussion about the continuous extrusion chamber is made.
