铟锡氧化物纳米粉的显微结构

摘 要:采用化学共沉淀法制备了立方结构的铟锡氢氧化物纳米粉。 250℃热处理后铟锡氢氧化物由晶态转化为非晶态, 然后随着温度升高逐渐转变为具有立方结构的铟锡氧化物纳米粉。 600 ℃热处理1h后粉末粒度为10~20 nm,铟锡质量比接近9∶1。 铟锡氧化物颗粒接近球形, 分散性好。
Abstract: Chemical co-precipitaton method was used to prepare indium tin hydroxide with cubic lattice. The cubic crystal structure transformed to amorphous after heat treatment at 250 ℃ for 1 h. When the heat treatment temperature was higher than 280 ℃, the amorphous transformed to indium tin oxide with cubic crystal structure. After heat treatment at 600 ℃ for 1 h, the particle size is 8~20 nm, the mass ratio of In/Sn is near 9∶1, the granules have spherical shape and the dispersity is good.
