摘 要:以碱为分散剂进行预处理,以混酸为氧 化剂对碳纳米颗粒进行氧化,研究了一种新的碳纳米管纯化方法.从热力学角度对氧化反应的可行性进行了分析,考察了混酸比、温度、反应时间等因素对反应的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件:混酸比(浓硫酸与浓硝酸的体积比)为3:1,反应时间0.5h.同时对纯化机理进行了探讨.
Abstract: A new method of purifying carbon nanotubes was described. The raw nanotubes were first pretreated by alkali. Alkali is a dispersed agent, which can enhance carbon particles to react with oxide agent and separate carbon nanotubes from other forms of carbon. Mixture of H2SO4 and HNO3 is used as oxidation agent. The influences of temperature, ratio of H2SO4 to HNO3, reaction time were studied, and the optimum condition of reaction were obtained. The reaction time is 2 h, ratio of H2SO4 to HNO3 (ratio of volume) is 3∶1. The mechanism of purifying has been explained.
