基于随机介质理论的隧道冻结期地表冻胀预测方法

摘    要:隧道人工冻结施工期地层的冻胀现象会对工程周边环境产生不良影响,合理的地表冻胀预测方法对隧道冻结设计和施工具有重大指导意义,并可降低冻结法应用的成本和风险。为此,提出在隧道水平冻结期,冻结壁交圈前,地表冻胀位移由多个独立冻土柱的叠加冻胀效应引起;冻结壁交圈后,地表冻胀位移则由整个冻结壁的冻胀效应引起。并指出冻结壁交圈前的温度场可由单管冻结理论近似求解,冻结壁交圈后的温度场则由平板冻结理论近似求解。在此基础上,基于单管冻结理论、平板冻结理论和土体冻胀率计算公式,考虑冻结壁的形成过程,采用随机介质理论,建立隧道水平冻结期地表冻胀的预测方法。将该预测方法应用于实际工程案例中,通过与现场实测结果的对比分析,验证预测方法的实用性和可靠性。

Abstract: In the period of tunnel construction with artificial freezing method, frost heave of ground can produce serious influence on the surrounding environment. The reasonable prediction method of surface frost heave is of great guiding significance for tunnel design and construction, and can reduce the project cost and construction risk. For this reason, in tunnel horizontal freezing period, surface frost heave is induced by superimposed expansion deformation of multiple frozen columns before freezing wall enclosing, and surface frost heave is induced by expansion deformation of the whole frozen wall after freezing wall enclosing. The temperature field before freezing wall enclosing can be analyzed by single-pipe freezing theory, and temperature field after freezing wall enclosing can be analyzed by flat-panel freezing theory. On this basis, based on single-pipe freezing theory, flat-panel freezing theory and frost heaving rate calculation formula, considering the formation process of frozen wall, using stochastic medium theory, a prediction method of surface frost heave in tunnel horizontal freezing period is presented. The prediction method is applied to the actual project, and surface frost heave displacement is presented, which is compared with field measured results to verify the reliability of the prediction method.
