烧料礓石拌合遗址土浆液结石体室内试验研究

摘    要:为研究烧料礓石作为土遗址灌浆材料的可行性,以烧料礓石为灌浆基料,夏官营遗址土为拌合料,对烧料礓石浆液结石体试样进行物理性质、水理性质等室内试验。研究结果表明:拌合烧料礓石后,结石体粉粒增加、黏粒减少,砂粒变化不大;与拌合石英砂结石体相比,烧料礓石浆液结石体结构更致密,失水速度更慢;结石体具有很小的收缩率,其界限含水率有所增加,提高了土体的可塑性;结石体渗透系数小,耐崩解性能较强;烧料礓石内部组分与土粒、水分产生反应,使结石体的物理、水理性质发生了一定改变;结石体结构稳定、整体性好,且耐雨蚀能力强,是一种合适的土遗址灌浆材料。试验结果为烧料礓石应用于土遗址保护加固工程提供依据,施工时可根据裂隙灌浆需要优选使用。

Abstract: With the aim of finding theoretical basis for applying calcined ginger nuts to earthen sites, the calcined ginger nuts was used to reinforce earthen site of Xiaguanying as the grouting materials. The physical and water properties of the calcined ginger nuts were tested. The results show that after mixing calcined ginger nuts, the silt particle contents increases, while the clay particle contents decreases and the sand particle contents doesn’t change basically in calculus body, and the structure is more dense and water loss rate is slower compared with that of the calculus body mixed silicon. Calculus body has little shrinking and deforming capacity, which increases liquid and plastic limit, and improves the plasticity of soil. The calculus body is of small permeability and strong resistance to disintegration ability. The internal components of calcined ginger nuts react with the soil particles and water so that the physical and water properties of the solidified form change to some degree. The sample has good structural stability, integrity and water resistance. Therefore, it can be used as excellent grouting materials for earthen sites. The test results can provide the basis for the performance of calcined ginger nuts to reinforcement of earthen sites and the preferred ratio should be chosen on the basis of cracks case.
