阳光间对住宅建筑热性能的影响

摘    要:通过分析阳光间式建筑在冬季的动态传热过程,得到室内以及阳光间空气温度的数学计算模型;并通过现场测试的方法对拉萨地区阳光间式建筑室内热环境进行分析。研究结果表明:该地区冬季南向房间依靠被动技术基本可以解决室内采暖问题,且采用直接受益式被动技术的室内热环境要优于附加阳光间式;在太阳辐射较强,室外空气温度不是很低的情况下,直接受益式较为合理;而在太阳辐射较弱,室外空气温度比较低的情况下,应该优先选择附加阳光间式。

Abstract: The mathematical models of indoor air temperature and sunspace temperature were obtained by analyzing the dynamic heat transfer process of residential buildings with sunspace in winter. The indoor thermal environment was analyzed by means of site testing in Lhasa area. The results show that the south room can basically satisfy the comfortable only rely on the passive solar technology in winter, and the indoor thermal environment of building with benefit directly window is superior to that of building with an additional sunspace in Lhasa. The directly benefiting type is more rational under the conditions of stronger solar radiation intensity and not low outdoor temperature. In contrast, the additional sunspace is selected firstly.
