研究塑性变形的定量硬度法

摘    要：本文通过分析硬度试验过程金属的流动状况,从理论和实验的角度论证了硬度与有效应力和有效应变之间的定量关系,从而将定性硬度法扩展为定量硬度法。利用研究所得的定量硬度法分析了平塑压圆柱体(D/H=1)的变形分布规律,结果证实了定量硬度法的正确性和实用性。

Abstract: Having analysed the flow of metals in hardness test, this paper discussedthe quantitative correlation between hardness and equivalent stress or equi-valent strain in theory and by experiments, and then the qualitation hardnessmethad was developed into the quantitative method. By this method, thedeformation distribution of the upset cylinder (D/H=1) was studied, and theresults confirmed the validity of this method.
