高海拔地区封闭溶样—原子吸收法测定地质样品中的金

摘 要:针对高海拔地区大气压低、水的沸点低,金的溶出率不高的情况,通过三角瓶敞口和聚乙烯塑料瓶封闭溶样进行地质金矿样品分解方法的对比表明,利用聚乙烯塑料瓶在水浴锅中封闭溶样,矿样中的金可分解完全。该方法经国家一级标准物质分析验证,结果与标准值相符。该方法精密度(RSD,n=5)为3.65%~4.83%,检出限为0.15μg/g,适用于高海拔地区野外现场批量样品分析。
Abstract: Because of the low atmospheric pressure and low water boiling point in the high altitude area,the dissolution rate of gold in geological samples is low.The dissolution results of gold ore samples with open triangular flask and sealed polyethylene plastic flask are compared.And it is revealed that with sealed polyethylene plastics bottles in the water bath pot,gold in ore samples will be completely decomposed.The method has been verified by the analysis of national standard reference materials with satisfactory results.The precision of the method is 3.65 %~4.83 % with RSD,n =5,and the detection limit is 0.15 μg/g.The method is suitable for the field bulk samples analysis in high altitude areas.
