摘 要:以聚四氟乙烯浓缩分散液为制膜液,采用涂敷工艺在金属纤维烧结膜基体表面制备了一层有机薄膜,使膜的平均孔径从基体金属膜的10~15μm降低至有机/无机复合膜的0.1μm左右,考察了制膜工艺条件对复合膜性能的影响,并选择适宜的工艺条件,制备了供膜萃取工艺使用的复合膜材料,即改性金属膜
Abstract: Teflon solution was coated on the surface of stainless steel fiber sintered membrane to obtain a sort of organic/inorganic composite membrane which can keep stability in the membrane extraction process.The metallic membrane with average radius of 10~15 μm was used as substrate and the obtained organic/inorganic composite membrane has an average radius about 0.1 μm.The influences of coating times,concentration of teflon solution,heat treating temperature and temperature rising rate on the properties of composite membrane were studied.The photographs of the composite membrane surface and fracture surface were investigated by SEM.And the optimum conditions were determined to prepare the composite membrane which was used as support in membrane extraction process.
