摘    要:本文研究了用N235的煤油溶液(按体积计,加有作为助溶剂的仲辛醇20%)在盐酸体系中从钒酸钠水溶液萃钒的机理。在35±1℃恒温下,用饱和法及等摩尔系列法测得,当水相平衡pH分别为2.7~3.3和3.9~4.0之间时,N235萃钒的萃合比(钒∶胺,摩尔比)分别为2.5和2.0;水相平衡pH在3.5~3.8之间时,萃合比在2.0~2.5之间。在35±1℃恒温下,用斜率法测得,在本文报导的实验条件下,N235的盐酸盐在有机相中的平均缔合度为1.5。因此,对应于萃合比为2.5和2.0的萃取反应方程式可能应分别为3HV10O28(a)5-+10(R3NHCl)1.5(O)=3(R3NH)5HV10O28(O)+15Cl(a)-3H2V10O28(a)4-+8(R3NHCl)1.5(O)=3(R3NH)4H2V10O28(O)+12Cla-

Abstract: The extraction of vanadium(V)from aqueous hydrochlorie acid solutionswith N235[whose formula is N(CnH2n+1)3,n=7~9]in kerosene(with theaddition of sec.-octyl alcohol amounting to 20% by volume to prevent the formation of the third phase in the system)has been investigated at 35±1℃by the maximum saturation method and the method of continuous variation.Based on the experimental results,the chemical equations elucidatingthe mechanism of the extraction were suggested to be:H2V10O28n4-+(4/n)(R3NHCl)no=(R3NH)4H2V10O280+4Cl?-(Ⅰ)in the equilibrium pH range of 2.7~3.3 in the aqueous phase andHV10O28(a)5-+(5/n)(R3NHCl)no=(R3NH)5HV10O280+5Cla-(Ⅱ)in the equilibrium pH range of 3.9~4.0 in the aqueous phase,where R3Nrepresents N235,(a)and(o)refer to the aqueous and organic phase respecti-vely and n is the mean degree of association of the amine hydrochloride inthe aqueous phase.In the equilibrium pH range of 3.5~3.8 in the aqueousphase,probably both compounds(Ⅰ)and(Ⅱ)were formed in the organicphase.To evaluate n,the slope method was used.The mean degree of associati-on of the amine hydrochloride in the organic phase,n was found to be 1.5approximately under the experimental conditions specified in this paper.
