赤泥沉降用新型氧肟酸絮凝剂的合成与应用

摘    要:以自制的非离子型聚丙烯酰胺水溶胶为原料,盐酸羟胺和氢氧化钠为改性试剂,采用先羟肟化再水解的两段控温工艺制备新型氧肟酸絮凝剂。通过对合成产物进行氯化铁吸附显色、进口铝土矿溶出赤泥沉降及红外光谱测试,得到最佳制备工艺条件:初始聚丙烯酰胺水溶胶质量分数为8%,改性剂羟胺碱水溶液pH=13.5,无需补碱,羟胺与酰胺基的物质的量比为1:1,在60 ℃时羟肟化3 h,在85 ℃时水解2 h,在此条件下合成的氧肟酸聚合物具有一定的水解度和羟肟化度,氯化铁吸附显色等级为3;与常用工业絮凝剂相比,自制氧肟酸型絮凝剂能明显改善进口铝土矿溶出赤泥沉降性能,沉降速度达11.5 m/h,上清液吸光度仅为0.639。

Abstract: Using polyacrylamide hydrogel as the starting material, hydroxylamine hydrochloride and sodium hydroxide as modified reagent for hydrolyzing and oximation respectively, a new hydroxamic acid flocculant was prepared by the method of two-stage temperature control technology. Evaluated by the ferric chloride adsorption coloration, FT-IR and red mud flocculation performance of the product, optimum conditions were obtained. The results show that polyacrylamide concentration is 8%, pH of hydroxylamine alkali solution is 13.5, and no alkali is supplied.The molar ratio of hydroxylamine amide and hydroxamation is 1:1, at 60 ℃ for 3 h hydrolyzing and at 85 ℃ for 2 h, strong ferric chloride adsorption coloration and FT-IR were studied. Some hydroxamic and carboxylate functional groups were achieved in the polymer. The results show that compared with the performance of some commercial flocculants in the alumina industry, hydroxamic acid flocculant exhibits significant improvement of performance in the red mud flocculation, the settlement rate is 11.5 m/h, and the clarity of supernatant(absorbance) is 0.639.
