Cu-Al-Ni合金热弹性马氏体转变与冷却速度的关系

摘 要:本文采用电阻法和X射线衍射法研究了不同冷却速度对Cu-14Al-4.2Ni合金热弹性马氏体转变的影响。发现该合金在很宽的冷却速度范围内都会发生热弹性马氏体转变,其M_s点随冷速增加而下降。并且马氏体的数量和母相数量的比值也随冷速变化而变化,在适当冷速下可获得最大的马氏体相对量,而冷速过小或过大都导致马氏体相对量的下降。
Abstract: The influence of different cooling rate on thermoelastic martensitic tarnsformation of Cu-Al-Ni alloy has been studied by means of resistance method and X-ray diffraction method in this paper. It is found that thermoelastic martensitic transformation of this alloy can occur in a rather wide range of cooling rate. M_s point drops down with the increase of cooling rate. The ratio between martensite and parent phase also changes with different cooling ra(?)e. There is a maximum ratio for a suitable cooling rate, and if the cooling rate is too fast or too slow it will decrease.
