摘 要:本文运用力学性能检测、光学金相组织与SEM断口形貌观察等实验方法,研究了条坯组织及丝材生产工艺对高温钼丝组织与性能的影响,从而说明了丝材中钾泡列的形成,不但对提高丝材的再结晶温度与高温抗蠕变性能有重大作用,同时对提高丝材经高温退火后的室温力学性能也有重大作用。掺杂钼是强化与韧化纯钼性能的重要手段。
Abstract: This paper studies the influence of production technique on the structure andproperties of high-temperature molybdenum wire through the detection of mechanicalproperties and the examination of microstructure and fracture surface by op andSEM respectively.It has been proved that the grain size of billets can affect theimprovement of structure and properities of high-temperature molybdenum wire.Thus,it can been explained that the formation of potassium bubbles has an importantinfluence not only on the high temperature creep property,but also on the improve-ment of strength and elongation.Doping is a major means for strengthening puremolybdenum.
