絮凝剂产生菌HYY-7的培养条件

摘 要:从生活污水厂的活性污泥中筛选出一株高效微生物絮凝剂产生菌,鉴定为青霉,命名为HYY-7,其产生的微生物絮凝剂命名为MBF7。该菌产生微生物絮凝剂的最佳培养基为葡萄糖培养基,适宜的培养条件为:葡萄糖培养基初始pH值为4.5~6.0,培养温度为30℃;振荡箱的转速为200 r/min,培养时间为3~4 d。产生的高效絮凝剂MBF7具有良好的絮凝效果,对于实际排放的染料废水、餐厅废水和生活污水浊度去除率分别为92.5%,96.8%, 90.2%。
Abstract: A microorganism strain which can produce flocculant is isolated from activated sludge that is from sewage treatment plant. It was identified as mould and named HYY-7. The produced flocculant was named MBF7. The optimal culture medium is glucose medium. The appropriate culture condition are as follows: pH value is 4.5 6.0, temperature is 30℃, velocity is 200r/min, cultivated for 3 4 d. The flocculant which is produced by the strain has high turbidity removal rate of 92. 5%, 96. 8% and 90. 2% respectively for dyeing wastewater, restaurant wastewater and sewage waste water.
