石英浮选的新型捕收剂———N-十二烷基-β-氨基丙酰胺

摘    要:研究了一种新的浮选石英的捕收剂———N-十二烷基-β-氨基丙酰胺(即DAPA)的浮选性能和作用机理。浮选试验结果表明:在pH=6.5~8.5, DAPA的质量浓度为12.5 mg/L的条件下对细粒石英的浮选回收率最大,可达到92%以上;与十二胺相比, DAPA对石英的捕收能力较弱,对石英与赤铁矿选择性较强且DAPA不受水中Ca2+和Mg2+的影响; Fe3+可抑制石英的可浮性,当Fe3+的质量浓度增加到16.70 mg/L时,石英浮选完全被抑制,但是,通过添加一定量的草酸可完全消除这种影响; DAPA分子中有2个极性部分,即仲胺基和酰胺基,而位于分子端部的酰胺基是比氨基碱性弱的碱性基团,它吸附石英后,石英表面的负电性变小,所以, DAPA仍属于阳离子类捕收剂。

Abstract: The flotation of quartz using N-dodecyl-β-amino-propylamide(DAPA) as a new collector was investigated, and the Zeta potentials of quartz before and after adding DAPA were measured to probe the mechanism of the interaction of the quartz surface with the collector. The results show that DAPA is an effective collector in quartz flotation, and DAPA exhibits a good flotation selectivity of quartz from hematite compared with commercial collector dodecylamine. Furthermore, the flotation performance of quartz with DAPA is not affected by Ca2+and Mg2+, but the flotation of quartz is deteriorated by Fe3+, and this undesirable influence of Fe3+is eliminated by the addition of oxalic acid. After the adsorption of DAPA, the negative Zeta potentials of the quartz surface become smaller, which indicates that DAPA is a type of cationic collector, and the electrostatic and hydrogen bond adsorption with the species on the quartz surface are its important interaction forms.
