超声处理对钢液中夹杂物去除和细化的实验室研究

摘 要:研究了超声波处理去除钢液中夹杂物的可能性,以及超声波对钢中夹杂物细化的影响。实验结果表明,超声波单独处理可以去除钢液中Al2O3夹杂物,但去除率较低,在5%~12%之间,同时超声波对夹杂物产生细化效果,夹杂物平均直径减小,尺寸较小的夹杂物数量有所增加。
Abstract: The possibility of inclusions removal and the effects of inclusion refinement were studied through the ultrasonic treatment on molten steel.Experimental results showed that the sole ultrasonic treatment on molten steel could remove the amount of A12O3 inclusions,but the removal efficiency was low,about 5%~12%.In the meantime,the ultrasound had a refinement effect on the inclusions size,the average diameter of inclusions decreased,and the number of smaller inclusions increased.
