摘    要:研究了季铵盐A-1催化二氯卡宾与环己烯的加成反应 ,考察了不同相转移催化剂的催化活性、反应温度、催化剂用量、反应时间对产物 7,7 二氯双环 [4.1.0 ]庚烷收率的影响 .在优化反应条件 (即反应温度为 5 0℃ ,反应时间为 5h)下 ,以季铵盐A-1为相转移催化剂 ,产率可达 94.0 % .实验证明 ,季铵盐A-1的催化活性要优于其它短碳链的季铵盐和聚乙二醇 ,并且在分离过程中不乳化 ,使产物易于分离纯化.

Abstract: The catalytic synthesis of 7, 7 dichlorodicyclo[4.1.0]heptane(DCDCH)with phase transfer catalyst(PTC), quaternary ammonium salt A-1, was reported. The effects of different factors, such as PTC amount, PTC activity, reaction temperature and reaction time, on the yield of DCDCH were investigated. Under the optimal reaction conditions in which the reaction underwent for 5 h at 50 ℃ with A-1 as PTC, the yield of DCDCH was 94.0%. The experiment results show that the catalytic activity of A-1 was better than that of some other short chain alkyl quaternary ammonium salts and polyethylene glycol, and A-1 was not emulsive in separation and purification, which makes the separation and purification easier and raises the product yield.
